Off of J. Turner Butler Boulevard (JTB, also known as State Road 202), exit onto Belfort/Salisbury Road, and head north onto Belfort Road. Proceed 0.1 miles to Southpoint Parkway, which is right across from St. Luke's Hospital.

At this intersection, turn left at the light. Proceed on Southpoint Parkway approximately 0.4 miles (continuing past the intersection with Southpoint Drive North/East). Past this intersection on the right will be the Southpoint Office Center complex. Turn right just before the complex, and drive past the first group of buildings to the next group of buildings in the rear of the complex. Our address is 6817 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 803, Jacksonville, Florida. Feel free to park in the parking spaces along the front of the building. We look forward to seeing you.

Our office is staffed 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday or also by appointment. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.
