Rankin Properties, LLC was formed in 2005 as a Florida Limited Liability Corporation devoted to the acquisition, leasing and management of solid, well maintained homes and professional office spaces throughout the greater Jacksonville Florida region.

We take pride in providing housing for clean responsible people who always make their payments on time, take care of their home and property and stay for a minimum of five years. It is our intent to find and keep such people by providing:

All of our homes and office spaces are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, disability or familiar status. We know your rights under the Florida Tenant Law, we respect your privacy, and we schedule maintenance work by appointment.

Our office is staffed 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday or also by appointment. We are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.
